Customer Service Advisor

Location: : York - York
Rate: £ 12 to £ 25 K (full-time (per year)) + Bonus and Commission!!

Customer Service Advisors required. NO SALES!! Are you experienced at dealing with people? And have administration experience? Want to work only 4 days a week? Then Read On!!!
Your main duties will be:
-approving and declining claims
-dealing with customers that have lost, damage or had their phones stolen
-Comply with Financial Service acts and compleyances with legisations

You will be
-a good listener
-have excellent communication skills
-be able to make decisions effectively
-be empathetic
-and discreet
