Head of Infrastructure & Service

Rate: £ 70 to £ 85 K (contract/temp (per year))

This leading outsourcing company is looking for an experienced Head of Infrastructure and Service. The company’s main clients are local government so the successful post holder must have a good understanding in this area.

The position is to lead 110 people covering key technologies such as Wintel, Unix, Mainframe, Storage, Desktop & Network as well as manage a budget of circa £15m.

The successful candidate must have a ITiL service management qualification and 10 + years in the IT industry (including at least 50% of this time with an outsourcing company. A Driving License is also essential as the post covers several sites.

The salary is £70’000 to £85’000 p/a pro rata. Benefits include 25 days holiday, company car, and contributory pension scheme.
