My client are looking to add a business analsyt to their growing team based out of Newcastle, they require a professional with strong BA skills, Finance and Warehousing also. They are going through a software implementation for Dyanmics 365, working in the retail environment they would prefer someone with Retail exposure. What you will be doing: Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements Perform quality assurance Define reporting and alerting requirements Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration Help design, document and maintain system processes Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team Communicate key insights and findings to product team Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer Model the to-be processes and support the Change Management team in identifying and understanding the scope and impact of change Be part of a project team collaborating across a critical transformation programme , ensuring that deliverables are aligned to valid, verified, prioritised requirements, underpinned by robust, logical, maintainable processes Get your CV to me at or call me on . - provided by Dice
