You will be reporting directly into the Service Desk Manager this role is responsible for delivering a 1st class level of customer service in to the business by leading and managing resources and the day to day operation to ensure sufficient skilled resource is available. The role holder will also be responsible for ensuring best practices and processes are adhered to, alongside the coaching, mentoring and performance of team members through; 1-2-1s, regular performance reviews, development opportunities and quality. You will deputise for the Service Desk Manager when required, on-board new starters and arrange training sessions with inputs/outputs that feed into and update the skills matrix on a regular basis.
