Junior Photographer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Photographer role based in Coventry. The Junior Photographer will assist with capturing high-quality images for client projects, help during photo shoots with setting up equipment and lighting, and ensure meticulous attention to detail in framing and composition. Additional responsibilities include editing and retouching images using industry-standard software, maintaining and organising photography equipment, and collaborating with the team to bring creative visions to life and also assisting in telephone bookings. An eagerness to learn and adapt to client feedback is essential for success in this role.

Requirements

• Photography and visual storytelling skills; experience with composition, lighting, and camera equipment
• Proficiency in photo editing and retouching software, such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as per studio needs
• Previous experience in a photography-related role is a plus, but not mandatory
• Photography training, certification, or a related qualification is preferred
• Passion for creative work and eagerness to learn and grow in the field
• Assisting with telephone bookings
