The Company, We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established construction group operating across London and the South East. They deliver repairs and maintenance services across social housing contracts in and around London and are looking for experienced Multi-Traders to join their growing team on an immediate basis. The Role, We are looking for confident and experienced Multi-Traders to carry out a range of repair and maintenance works across social housing properties in and around London. You will be working as part of a team, delivering high-quality workmanship across a variety of trades on a day-to-day basis. You Must Be Confident In: * Carpentry * Flooring * Plumbing * Glazing * Decorating * Locksmith work * Plastering * Tiling * Fencing Working Hours, * Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 17:00 * Saturday working available — paid on price Requirements, * Proven multi-trade experience across a range of the above disciplines (essential) * Experience working on social housing repairs and maintenance contracts preferred * Professional and customer-facing manner — you will be working in occupied properties * Full UK driving licence (essential) * Reliable, self-motivated and able to manage own workload What's on Offer, * Van and fuel card provided * Full-time ongoing work — Monday to Friday * Saturday working available — paid on price * Immediate start available
